About The Position

You will join a small but extremely talented team to define a new kind of video game experience. You'll work alongside top minds in the industry, including the creator of Warudo, a Google Deepmind veteran, and top-tier student researchers. With our world-class multi-modal researchers and engineers, we are building anime characters that players will adore. As an early member of this team, you will have significant artistic and research freedom to shape what could become a highly successful and innovative video game or interactive visual novel.

Requirements

• Published or industry experience with LLM post-training.
• Deep understanding of LLM training and evaluation with attention to detail.
• Experience in gathering human feedback through RLHF-style systems or analyzing human-AI interaction logs.
• Experience with LLM infrastructure including data processing backend, memory saving techniques, and scalable benchmarking.
• Comfortable working in small, fast-paced teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience focused on roleplay in post-training work.
• Experience in latency optimization for real-time character interaction.
• A passion for anime and the anime aesthetic.
