About The Position

You will join a small but extremely talented team to define a new kind of video game experience. You'll work alongside top minds in the industry, including the creator of Warudo, a Google Deepmind veteran, and top-tier student researchers. With our world-class multi-modal researchers and engineers, we are building anime characters that players will adore. As an early member of this team, you will have significant artistic and research freedom to shape what could become a highly successful and innovative video game or interactive visual novel.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in training text-to-motion or audio-to-motion models.
• Experience in facial motion generation, particularly for anime characters.
• Experience in real-time 3D motion generation.
• Ability to work effectively in small, fast-paced teams.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical solutions and tradeoffs.

Nice To Haves

• Previously published papers on related topics.
• Experience working in an industrial lab on motion generation.
• A passion for anime and the anime aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Train text-to-motion or audio-to-motion models.
• Develop systems inspired by audio-synced motion-generation systems.
• Work on facial motion generation for anime characters.
• Implement real-time 3D motion generation for character interaction.
• Balance research exploration with product-focused development.
