About The Position

AI and ML Engineer The Opportunity: As an experienced engineer, you know that machine learning ( ML ) is critical to understanding and processing massive datasets. Your ability to c ond uct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused solution. We need your technical knowledge and desire to problem-solve to support our client's desire to rapidly deploy artifi cia l intelligence ( AI ) solutions in varied national security environments. As a machine learning engineer on our national security team, you’ll train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data. In this role, you’ll lead the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and introducing leading-edge technologies. You’ll share your knowledge with a large community of machine learning engineers across the company and collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and product owners to deliver world class solutions to process data and information at a massive scale delivering new access to data for our clients in ways they have never been able to accomplish until now. Your skills and extensive technical expertise will guide clients as they navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks. Requirements

2+ years of experience designing and developing AI, ML, or Natural Language Processing ( NLP ) solutions to guide LLM behavior and responses
Experience designing, analyzing, and optimizing prompts for accuracy, consistency, and relevance across varied scenarios
Experience working with cross-functional teams translating business needs into actionable tasks by designing context-aware prompts and integrating prompt engineering into broader AI development pipelines
Experience using AI tools or frameworks, including OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or Python
Knowledge of deploying AI tools in the Cloud
Knowledge of large language models ( LLMs ) and front-end applications
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience in Cloud deployments
5+ years of experience in solutions architecture
Ability to design creative and effective prompts to solve complex problems
Ability to display an analytical mindset for evaluating and iterating on prompt performance
