Software engineers are problem solvers. While most have deep expertise in specific areas of the technology stack (front end, back end, data, security etc.), all are comfortable swimming across lanes. This is really important in delivering the product and platform outcomes that our customers expect. As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and defining user/customer requirements while focusing on developing user interfaces across various platforms including mobile, web, and tablets. You will be responsible for coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services that align with business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal
  • Knowledge of Generative AI and building Agents
  • Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI
  • Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and Azure Active Directory (AAD)
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools like: D3, Highcharts, Ploty.js, Ember Charts
  • Experience using Commercial Dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) / unit testing
  • Experience working on complex problems and in a complex codebase
  • Knowledge of frontend “best practices” around page performance
  • Translate business requirements into technical design and architecture
  • Develop prototypes and demos quickly
  • Function as part of an agile delivery process
  • Work on distributed systems problems ranging from scheduling, resource management, messaging, distributed caching and infrastructure automation
  • Solve sophisticated data and analytics problems at scale
  • Apply machine learning and AI systems to real-world business problems
  • Build world-class user experiences across a range of interfaces
  • Create automation systems for testing, continuous integration and continuous deployment
  • Design APIs and extensibility models for platform use cases that haven’t yet been imagined
  • Teach our clients how to build and deliver commercial software and services at scale
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and development methodologies.
  • Proficient in application development tools and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
