The AI and Security Automation Strategist will analyze existing processes and design automation strategies to integrate artificial intelligence solutions, optimizing operations and enhancing security. This role is crucial for improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and aligning processes with evolving business needs.

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through automation and AI integration.
  • Develop a holistic strategy and roadmap for automating processes across different CORE Security groups.
  • Evaluate available automation technologies and provide recommendations on the most appropriate tools and platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop AI-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with IT teams, data scientists, and developers to design, build, and implement automation and AI solutions.
  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness and performance of implemented automation and AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate smooth adoption of automation and AI solutions.
  • Oversee projects that contribute to the financial performance of the enterprise.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related scientific field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing automation and AI solutions in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Experience and knowledge of the large pharmaceutical industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of automation, with a vision to leverage AI and ML technologies in future projects.
  • Familiarity with AI techniques including machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and deep learning frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in vendor management and the integration of complex platforms and APIs.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership with a strong focus on product strategy and team management.
  • Knowledgeable in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with automation tools and platforms like Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
