The mission of the GTM Operations and Analytics team is to transform how we build revenue engines using AI and automation. Rather than simply adding more people to fix growth bottlenecks, we're looking for somebody who can design and build automated workflows that amplify our entire GTM organization. This role bridges the gap between strategic thinking and technical execution - part commercial thinker, part builder. As an AI and Analytics Associate, your role will range from conducting research that identifies and evaluates key strategic trends in the industry to developing a single point of view on how we operate the business. This role will report to the Head of GTM Strategy & Analytics and will partner closely with various stakeholders, including but not limited to Sales and Account Management.

  • Workflow automation & systems design: Architect and build AI-powered, end-to-end workflows that automate lead enrichment, routing, qualification, handoffs, and follow-ups across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management—eliminating manual processes, improving data quality, and accelerating revenue execution at scale.
  • Development of data foundations and execution of data-driven initiatives: Leverage SQL expertise to address critical questions about our market and growth opportunities. Build automated workflows using AI and no-code tools to replace manual processes and amplify team productivity across sales and marketing functions
  • Strategic planning & goal-setting: Define and track essential KPIs and metrics for the GTM team to gain a comprehensive understanding of our go-to-market performance. Stay informed about key trends and conduct analyses to uncover new insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • 3+ years experience in business operations / strategy & operations, analytics, management consulting, investment banking, and/or technology
  • Strong data and analytics skills, including fluency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, and BI / data visualization tools (Python familiarity is a nice to have)
  • Experience with automation platforms (Clay, Zapier, n8n) or willingness to learn through hands-on experimentation
  • Familiarity with AI tools and APIs for workflow automation
  • Strong cross-functional and executive communication skills, including a proven ability to influence without authority and build strong working relationships with business partners
  • Most importantly, curiosity and willingness to learn by tinkering
