About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and curious AI & Analytics Intern
to support our Strategic Growth and Business Development team. This role provides hands‑on
experience using AI tools, data analysis, and automation to enhance sales
processes, improve efficiency, and support dealer engagement initiatives across
Kimball International.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Analytics, Informatics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Interest in AI, automation, and data analysis.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn AI and automation tools.
• Knowledge of CRM tool, Salesforce
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.

Nice To Haves

• Currently enrolled in a college-level program related to Sales, Business, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and supporting AI tools and automations for sales and marketing workflows.
• Analyze sales and dealer data to identify trends and business insights.
• Support outreach programs, promotions, and incentive initiatives through AI‑enabled processes.
• Create simple dashboards, reports, and visual materials using AI and Microsoft tools.
• Help facilitate basic AI trainings, office hours, and team education sessions.
• Contribute to research projects and lead‑generation activities using AI‑powered tools.
• Provide general administrative and analytical support as needed.
