About The Position

AI Analyst helps coordinate daily execution and improves consistency across processes in Chicago. The role is part of Keller Executive Search’s internal organization and with structured processes and room to improve how work gets done. Day-to-day work includes practical problem solving, clear communication, and measurable progress on defined goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lightweight dashboards that track adoption and performance.
• Partner with IT and operations to ensure solutions are secure and scalable.
• Support internal pilots that improve productivity through automation or AI-enabled workflows.
• Document use cases, success criteria, and change impacts for stakeholders.
• Assist with testing, feedback collection, and iteration on prototypes.
• Use tools such as Jira to track work, report progress, and maintain documentation.
• Apply practical skills in workflow optimization to improve reliability and turnaround times.
• Comfort learning new tools quickly and documenting findings.
• Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Hands-on interest in automation, analytics, or AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and escalate risks early.
• Comfort using Excel or similar tools in day-to-day work.
