About The Position

We’re expanding our AI Agents Suite and are looking for an AI Agents Strategist to help drive customer adoption and revenue growth. This is a client-facing, revenue-owning role focused on launching, scaling, and optimizing AI agents for retail and e-commerce customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients and the broader Constructor GTM and Product teams, guiding AI agent adoption through long-term growth, while helping shape the future of our AI Agents business.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience with AI agents or AI-powered products in a customer-facing environment.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, account strategy, or solutions consulting within AI, SaaS, or data-driven products.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue from existing customers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and business cases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with both operators and executives.
  • Consultative, proactive mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving, “build from scratch” environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding and activation for AI Agent customers, partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and Solutions teams.
  • Own both the revenue goals and product direction, enabling the training and adoption of client stakeholders to confidently launch and operate AI agents.
  • Ensure early, measurable results by connecting agent performance to business outcomes such as conversion rate, AOV, LTV, cost savings, and customer loyalty.
  • Act as the strategic and commercial owner for a portfolio of AI agent customers.
  • Drive revenue growth through: New customers: supporting outbound teams and agent adoption during the sales process Existing customers: expanding usage and growing annual spend Partnerships: developing strategic external relationships that generate new business
  • Supporting the right messaging and marketing of the AI Agent solution
  • Analyze agent performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on AI strategy.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
