About The Position
At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology. AI / Agentic AI / GenAI Temp Assignment for New College Grad – IT We are looking for a New College Grad to join our AI / Agentic AI / GenAI team in IT at our San Jose HQ location for six to nine months on a temp assignment with potential for conversion to full-time employee. The IT temp will work on building agentic AI–based solutions and GenAI applications to improve IT productivity through automation, AI assistants, and intelligent workflows.
Requirements
- New College Grad with BS or MS in CS or equivalent
- Strong Python , coding, and analytical skills
- Experience with data handling (Pandas / NumPy / Excel)
- Experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI
- Good communication and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- ML/NLP basics
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft/GitHub Copilot, Google AI and Anthropic AI stacks
