Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing.
  • Proven experience in prompt engineering and AI agent development.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and platforms (e.g., OpenAI Gym, TensorFlow Agents, Rasa).
  • Experience with data analysis, data mining, and knowledge representation.
  • Hands-on, self-starter with exceptional organisational skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex change management initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms and the ability to quickly learn and understand the capabilities of our B2B SaaS platform.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in handling multiple planned and unplanned responsibilities and competing priorities.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on the success of the change management initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Define the goals, capabilities, and functionalities of AI agents for specific client use cases.
  • Design the agent's architecture, including data input/output, decision-making processes, and interaction mechanisms.
  • Identify and define tasks that can be automated by AI agents to augment teams on project-based pilots, driving early value realization.
  • Monitor agent performance and identify areas for improvement, leveraging data-led insights to unlock operational efficiencies.
  • Develop Agents evaluation dataset and perform Agents testing.
  • Implement mechanisms for agents to learn from data and adapt to changing environments.
  • Deploy AI agents in a production environment and monitor their performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases and ontologies for AI agents.
  • Define core set of Agent principles & setup config (onboarding & off boarding to drive reusability).
  • Develop Common Agents (Utilized end to end across all projects) & Multi-Agents workflows (Complex multi-tasking initiated by Agent orchestration).
  • Develop and optimize prompts for various AI applications, including text generation, code generation, data analysis, chatbots, and virtual assistants.
  • Craft prompts to generate different types of text, such as articles, scripts, or social media posts.
  • Use prompts to analyse data and extract insights.
  • Design prompts for chatbots and virtual assistants to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Maintain a repository of successful prompts and best practices for future use.
  • Codify best practices to inform learning & upskilling to drive user proficiency.
  • Develop Prompt engineering - best practices (Beginner to expert).
  • Contribute to end-user materials preparation, including playbooks, videos and reference guides.
  • Identify user pain points and opportunities for continuous improvement to the product backlog.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer success, and sales, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and agent technology.
  • Improve ways to measure Agent effectiveness to unlock operational efficiencies through data led insights.
