About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Developer with a proven track record of building, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered agents and automation systems. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and solution-oriented, capable of designing intelligent workflows that automate business processes, improve efficiency, and support marketing, sales, and customer operations. This role requires hands-on experience building production-ready AI agents, not just experimenting with tools. Key Responsibilities AI Agent Development Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents that can execute business tasks independently Develop AI-driven workflows for lead generation, customer engagement, and operational automation Build agents capable of handling initial customer inquiries and basic support functions Create intelligent systems that can manage repetitive business processes with minimal human intervention Automation & Process Engineering Automate end-to-end business workflows using AI and integration tools Streamline internal operations through intelligent process design Develop systems that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of marketing and sales operations Continuously optimize AI agent performance and decision-making capabilities API & System Integrations Integrate AI agents with third-party platforms via APIs Connect systems such as CRMs, messaging platforms, and marketing tools Ensure smooth data flow between systems for real-time automation Workflow Automation Tools Build and manage automation pipelines using tools such as Zapier (or similar platforms) Connect multiple applications into unified automated systems Maintain and troubleshoot automation workflows for reliability and efficiency Data & Engineering Support Work with structured and unstructured data to support AI agent functionality Assist in data pipeline design and light data engineering tasks Ensure data accuracy and usability for AI-driven systems Marketing & Operational AI Use Cases Develop AI agents for lead generation and qualification Build automation systems for social media management and scheduling support Create AI assistants for customer engagement and inquiry handling Support scalable outreach and communication workflows

Requirements

Proven experience building AI agents (portfolio or live projects required)
Strong experience with tools such as: ChatGPT / OpenAI API Claude GitHub Copilot
Strong understanding of API integration and system architecture
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier (or similar platforms)
Ability to design autonomous, multi-step AI workflows
Familiarity with data handling and workflow automation principles
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience in building production-grade AI systems (not just prototypes)
Background in data engineering or backend development
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Knowledge of lead generation funnels and sales automation workflows
Experience supporting marketing, operations, or customer service automation
