In this pivotal, client-facing role, you will be dedicated to fostering the expansion of our AI-accelerated application development services. The emphasis of this position is on utilizing AI to enhance productivity across all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes requirements gathering, UX design, coding, test automation, DevOps, and maintenance. It is important to note that while we have other teams focused on integrating AI features into products and solutions, this role will not primarily focus on that aspect. The position is based in either Santa Clara or Dallas, with a requirement for regular office presence. You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Our client-centric approach and commitment to innovation have established us as a leader in the industry. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our AI-accelerated application development services business through strategic client engagement and initiatives. You will be responsible for defining and packaging our AI-accelerated software development offerings, ensuring alignment with the capabilities of our Delivery team, market demand, and competitive offerings. Additionally, you will develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with our Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams. Your role will also involve taking ownership of sales support activities, which include creating compelling collateral, conducting technical demonstrations, and addressing client concerns related to AI-driven software development. Continuous learning and innovation are key components of this position, as you will be expected to personally experiment with the latest tools and technologies in AI-driven software development to ensure that our offerings remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
