We are seeking a Seasonal Ag Warehouse Laborer to support agronomy operations through warehouse, yard, and delivery assistance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and supporting customers in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain flexible and work independently in a changing environment
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating equipment such as forklifts or skid steers (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Load and unload agronomy products using forklifts, skid steers, and other equipment
- Prepare and deliver agronomy products to customers (non-DOT deliveries)
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized facilities, yard, and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and support operations staff as needed
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines
