Responsibilities

  • Learn professional treatment techniques (fertilization, weed control, plant health)
  • Crosstrain in Landscaping and irrigation services to support diverse field operations and expand your skill set.
  • Own and manage a route with increasing independence
  • Observe, diagnose, and help solve landscape health issues
  • Build trust with supervisors, teammates, and clients
  • Work toward becoming a licensed Treatment Technician
