About The Position

The position involves operating custom application equipment to meet the needs of growers who are paying for the service. The role requires a professional and efficient approach to ensure quality work is completed on customer fields without causing damage to equipment or property. Proper care and maintenance of the equipment is essential, along with the ability to read plat maps and work orders to locate fields for application. Effective communication with managers, coworkers, and customers is also a key aspect of the job. Additionally, the ability to run monitor software in the application equipment is required.

Requirements

• Custom applicator license for handling restricted use pesticides.
• HazMat endorsement on driver’s license if handling such chemicals.
• Ability to work seasonal hours that require overtime.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with operational skills involving hydraulics and air brakes.
• Familiarity with software and GPS mapping systems related to the equipment.
• Ability to diagnose basic issues with machinery and/or software.
