About The Position

This position involves the sales of all agronomy components within the Plainview, TX location. Key aspects include year-round relationship building with current and prospective customers, promoting the Aurora Cooperative as a valued partner, and managing the inventory of all products handled. The role also includes seasonal in-field scouting and farm visibility to build trust and credibility with customers.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• HazMat endorsement
• High School diploma

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree or higher preferred
• 2 years of sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Sales of Seed, Fertilizer, Crop Protection, R2G products, Aerial, Yield Advantage, Grid Sampling, Custom Application Service and follow up after all sales
• Year around Relationship building with the current and prospect customer base
• Promotion of the Aurora Cooperative as a valued partner to the customer base
• Inventory management of all products handled
• Seasonal in-field scouting and visibility on the farm to earn trust and credibility with the customer
