  • Conduct on-farm consultations to develop and maintain relationships with growers and provide agronomic recommendations tailored to individual crop needs

  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to provide excellent customer service and support
  • Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors to promote products
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals by effectively managing a sales territory
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Crop Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in agronomy sales or agricultural consulting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal sales goals
  • Strong knowledge of crop nutrition, soil health, and agronomic products
  • Analytical skills to assess crop needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
