About The Position

This position is an entry level agronomist to share responsibilities in our expanding Ag Technology Solutions Department.

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Basic office equipment
  • Perform all duties with honesty, integrity, and adherence to Corporate Mission Statement.
  • Current Driving License
  • Able to travel to customer sites
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Entry level
  • SMS software experience desired
  • Computer Skills Required – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to support moving of materials, etc. using proper equipment.
  • Able to lift up to 80 pounds
  • Able to support moving of equipment, parts, etc. using proper equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Client interaction
  • Selling from a menu of services
  • Processing information with geographic information systems software
  • Creation of variable rate application maps
  • Soil sampling
  • Soil mapping

  • Crop issue diagnosis
