About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Animal Sciences or a related field
• At least two years of industry experience in animal agriculture or row crop production
• Experience in the swine industry or related field
• Ability to review environmental analysis data and soil tests
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English for job duties and communication

Nice To Haves

• Preferred animal agriculture experience within the swine industry

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Agronomist with client relationships
• Manage pork client data onboarding
• Retain producer relationships with pork producers throughout project lifecycle
• Verify agronomic and livestock data and perform data checks
• Communicate scientific explanations to diverse audiences
• Contribute to various projects within the Eocene client base
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of employees
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings
• Support and participate in the culture of safety and employee ownership
• Comply with applicable laws and company policies
