About The Position

Teach a variety of content and levels Provide and maintain a positive environment for students referred to the intervention program Provide positive reinforcement in addressing student behavior Coordinate lessons with classroom teachers Tutor, assist, and advise students placed in Intervention Program Monitor intervention program students daily Serve as a role model for students in how to conduct themselves as responsible citizens

Requirements

• Valid Secondary Indiana Teaching License (non-licensed candidates will be considered)
• Certificate to teach Ag Classes
• Experience with Credit recovery
• Proficient in Google Suite and other technology
• Knowledge of learning style strategies
• Demonstrates sincere desire to assist students
• Ability to work with a wide-range of student academic levels
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff
• Must be proficient in oral and written communications
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
