About The Position
Caddo Hills Schools is now accepting applications for the position of Agriculture Teacher serving students in grades 7–12 at Caddo Academy. Caddo Academy is a district conversion charter high school committed to ensuring every student graduates Life-Ready. Our Career & Technical Education programs are central to that mission, providing students with real-world skills, industry exposure, and workforce readiness. This position includes two Programs of Study: Animal Science Power, Structures, and Metals A major focus of this role will be developing strong community and industry partnerships that build a sustainable pipeline aligned to regional workforce needs. We are seeking a candidate who understands the value of hands-on learning, industry credentialing, and real-world application. The district owns and operates: An on-campus farm with livestock A fully equipped welding shop Due to the technical nature of the equipment and programming, candidates must demonstrate a strong ability and willingness to learn and implement emerging technologies within the program areas.
