About The Position

The Agricultural/Standards Inspector position at the County of San Diego is an entry-level role within the Department of Agriculture, Weights and Measures (AWM). Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college with specialization in agricultural, biological, chemical, or physical sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Qualification to take the licensing examination given by the State of California Department of Food and Agriculture for County Agriculture Inspector or County Weights and Measures Inspector.
• Possession of one or more valid statewide specific category licenses as a County Agricultural Inspector/Biologist.

Responsibilities
