And we foster a supportive, people-first work environment. Channel Partners is a team working within the Retail/Wholesale group of Wilbur Ellis. Channel Partners primarily focuses on the Value Added segment of the business selling the Wilbur Ellis Proprietary Products. It is a very diverse group of products including Nutrition, Adjuvants, Specialty Actives, Organic, and Pro Markets products. Specially, Channel Partners sells these products to retailers and distributors either in the Wilbur Ellis brand, through Private Labeling, or within an exclusive Brand for Channel Partners referred to as the RZT Brand. Although we primarily focus on the Value Added segment, we do offer limited Crop Protection Brands to help segment from our competitors and enhance our relations with our customers. The role of the Channel Partners Regional Territory Manager is to create demand for these products mostly outside the Wilbur Ellis footprint and be the main contact for the Channel Partners customers regarding all Branded (Actives, Adjuvants, Nutrition, and Organic) Products. This position includes sales, technical, forecasting, pricing, and sales planning activities.
