About The Position

The Agricultural Equipment Operator position involves operating farm machinery for planting, cultivating, harvesting, and storing various crops. This temporary, seasonal role is based in Warren, MN, and requires a commitment to work full-time hours from February 10, 2025, to November 15, 2025, with potential for overtime pay.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience required.
• Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift and carry 60 lbs.
• Work requires extensive pushing, pulling, frequent stooping, bending, and repetitive movements.
• No minimum education required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest, and store crops of Corn, Soybeans, Spring Wheat, and Sugar Beets.
• Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor.
• Till soil; plant and cultivate grain.
• Tow harvesting equipment.
• Drive and operate self-propelled combine.
• Perform general lubrication, service (check fluids), and maintenance to farm machinery.
• Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area.
