About The Position
The Agribusiness Senior Underwriter is responsible for managing and servicing a profitable renewal book of Commercial Lines business within a defined territory. This role focuses on mastering underwriting skills, participating in renewal strategy meetings, and acting as a key point of contact for agencies. The underwriter makes decisions regarding risk acceptability and pricing, while also providing agency service and maintaining intra-company communications. The position aims to grow underwriting profitability and retention of new and renewal business, ensuring alignment with underwriting strategies.
