With a team member pursuing business interests outside of Banking, we’re excited to offer an opportunity for an Agribusiness Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage a significant, healthy, and well‑established portfolio across mixed cropping, grazing and irrigated farming enterprises. Your clients will be predominantly high‑performing, family‑owned operations with turnovers between $3M–$50M and strong growth potential. Based in Tamworth, your working week may see you in the office, on‑site with clients or working remotely. Requirements

  • Are genuinely passionate about building strong, customer‑centric relationships
  • Bring a growth mindset and a desire to continue developing your financial expertise
  • Have strong commercial acumen with experience building and managing successful client portfolios
  • Are comfortable driving business origination across diverse customer segments
  • Are resilient, confident, tenacious and self‑driven, with qualifications in commerce, finance, or a related field (advantageous)

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted, long‑term relationships by gaining a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses, retaining existing relationships while identifying new growth opportunities
  • Partner with CommBank product specialists to deliver tailored, end‑to‑end financial solutions
  • Lead strategy, deal execution, and negotiation, while maintaining proactive ownership of risk management
