Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients and internal team members
  • Respond to client inquiries, process updates, and assist with policy documentation for farm and crop insurance
  • Support producers with client communication and account servicing
  • Maintain accurate client records and task follow-ups in our management system
  • Stay informed on industry trends and carrier guidelines
  • Identify opportunities to improve coverage or streamline service
