As an Aging Care Manager 3, you will serve within the Protective Services Unit to maintain, update, and disseminate extensive information regarding aging programs, services, and regulations. You will have the opportunity to provide vital technical support to care management and protective services staff, providers, and subcontractors, and investigate complaints of abuse and neglect. We are looking for someone with excellent critical thinking skills in order to perform protective services investigations and maintain a caseload of vulnerable older adults in need of protection from abuse, exploitation, abandonment, or self-neglect.
