About The Position

We are seeking a Systems Engineer for one of our PRIME CONTRACTS and offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise. Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. These applications are used across the government enterprise and are critical to the daily functions of thousands of users across acquisition, business, finance, HR, training, recruitment, program management, security, logistics and more. Join an established team providing systems engineering support for an Enterprise Financial Data Disclosure application built on modern front‑end technologies (JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and Node.js). Operate in, and actively lead, Agile development environment activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and iterative development cycles to ensure continuous delivery of value. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional team members in a fast‑paced environment that requires initiative, adaptability, and a strong willingness to tackle complex challenges, often with limited initial guidance. Work directly with the development team and Government leadership to establish priorities, conduct requirements analysis, define and document processes, contribute to system engineering documentation, and support customer engagement and user application system testing. Plan and coordinate application releases, deployments, and migrations to new environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal service impact. Partner with security team and infrastructure teams to address compliance requirements, resolve vulnerabilities, and remediate active security liens. Troubleshoot issues, maintain system integrity, and improve overall reliability, performance, and operational stability.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and seven (7) years' experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Twelve (12) years’ SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite products including Confluence & Managing Jira
  • Experience developing and updating technical documentation including system architecture diagrams.
  • Experience working with end-user customers
  • Experience working with an Agile Development Team
