The Agile Strategist at Booz Allen is responsible for driving transformation across the organization by leveraging Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban. This role focuses on promoting an Agile mindset through Lean Portfolio Management and Agile delivery knowledge, while also coaching and mentoring team members. The Agile Strategist will lead multiple Agile Release Trains, deliver training and workshops, and collaborate with senior leadership to implement Agile practices at scale, ensuring integration and continuous development.
