About The Position

The Agile Service Delivery Lead will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping agile excellence, execution and impact across Core Technology. This role will focus on establishing and refining agile best practices, ensuring consistent execution, and providing actionable insights through data analytics and reporting. The position will be responsible for facilitating quarterly planning, coaching teams, tracking agile maturity, and reporting on team performance while supporting business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine extensive expertise in agile frameworks with strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to influence decision-making at all levels. Key Accountabilities/Deliverables: Lead the implementation and evolution of agile methodologies across Core Technology to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency. Oversee quarterly and team-level planning, facilitating coordination across teams, service areas and the business to ensure alignment with business goals. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship across Core Technology to include but not limited to leadership and team level members on best practices, ensuring agile principles are effectively applied. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, enabling teams to enhance collaboration, velocity, quality, and adaptability. Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into execution, delivery velocity, dependencies, risks, team health and portfolio financial investment. Provide leadership with actionable insights through data-driven reporting on team and project performance, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. Partner with business stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure that agile practices align with broader business goals and organizational strategy. Lead initiatives to improve processes and performance across teams, identify opportunities for efficiency gains and operational enhancements Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Agile certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI-ACP, or equivalent
  • Extensive expertise in agile frameworks
  • Expertise in both agile and Program management tools, specifically Jira and Smartsheet
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Agile metrics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to influence and engage senior executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • 10+ years of experience in agile coaching, agile program management, or agile portfolio management.
  • Proven leadership experience in driving agile transformation and execution at scale.
