About The Position

CGI has an immediate need for an Agile Project Manager with SDET to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest customers. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies. We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!. This role is located at a client site in Reston, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable. The Agile Project Manager – Modeling supports agile delivery teams within a complex enterprise software environment. This role is responsible for guiding teams in the effective use of agile practices while ensuring alignment with broader program goals, governance standards, and delivery timelines. The position requires close collaboration with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across multiple teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and organizer who is comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You will serve as a central point of coordination, helping teams stay focused, transparent, and aligned while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles, with hands-on experience applying them in real-world delivery environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple agile teams, dependencies, and delivery timelines simultaneously
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly convey progress, risks, and priorities
  • Comfortable partnering with product owners and business leaders to refine priorities and define measurable goals
  • Skilled in identifying risks, resolving impediments, and driving alignment across teams and support functions
  • Proficiency with agile and financial management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Apptio
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery transparency
