We are seeking an Agile PM to join our dynamic team. The Agile Project Manager (APM) is responsible for driving the successful delivery of technology initiatives by combining project management discipline with agile practices. This role bridges the gap between development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that product backlogs are well-defined, priorities are clear, and teams are empowered to deliver value iteratively.

  • Lead agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Coach and mentor developers and stakeholders on agile best practices.
  • Track progress, remove impediments, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure backlogs are well-maintained, transparent, and aligned to business goals.
  • Create and manage delivery roadmaps, project timelines, and release schedules.
  • Balance scope, schedule, and quality while maintaining agility.
  • Provide visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies across teams.
  • Act as liaison between development teams, business units, and leadership.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and value delivery in clear, actionable terms.
  • Facilitate alignment on priorities and expectations across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, agile delivery, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage technical teams while collaborating with business stakeholders.
  • Experience with backlog management and writing user stories.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
