About The Position

Overview As an Agile Program Lead , you will be the leader, driving agile delivery in a government client consulting environment. You will be a client manager, coach, mentor, and an accountable program manager with a proven track record of leading successful agile transitions and deployments in a dynamic client environment. Requirements

Proven background in consulting and project management
10+ years experience with a Bachelors degree OR 8+ years experience with a Masters degree.
Ability to get a Federal Clearance
Leadership. If you don't know the difference between that and management, this just isn't going to work out.
Proven experience of leading agile transitions and deployments on large programs
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
Proven experience growing and selling while delivering
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
Proven team player and team builder
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience working with Agile and Human Center Design
