About The Position

As an Agile Program Lead, you will be the leader, driving agile delivery in a government client consulting environment. You will be a client manager, coach, mentor, and an accountable program manager with a proven track record of leading successful agile transitions and deployments in a dynamic client environment.

Requirements

• Proven background in consulting and project management
• 10+ years experience with a Bachelors degree OR 8+ years experience with a Masters degree.
• Ability to get a Federal Clearance
• Leadership. If you don't know the difference between that and management, this just isn't going to work out.
• Proven experience of leading agile transitions and deployments on large programs
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
• Proven experience growing and selling while delivering
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Proven team player and team builder
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience working with Agile and Human Center Design

Nice To Haves

• PMP, Scrum Master certification preferred
• Federal Clearance Preferred
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and relevant guidance (RMF, DevSecOps, FISMA)
• Knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
