Define, manage, and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA). Translate complex healthcare and medical claims requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria. Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and business teams to deliver product features on time and within scope. Analyze and interpret healthcare claims data to identify improvement opportunities and inform product decisions. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments. Monitor product performance, troubleshoot issues, and support post-deployment validation and maintenance. Ensure integration of EDI standards, including 837P/I/D and 835 transactions, into product workflows. Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and industry trends to guide roadmap planning.
