The Agile Project Coordinator supports Agile Project Managers and cross-functional teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, and Editorial. This role combines strong project coordination fundamentals — scheduling, documentation, task tracking, and budget support — with growing responsibility in Agile facilitation, metrics tracking, and delivery process improvement. The Agile Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to Agile principles, while actively developing the skills and mindset required to grow into an Agile Project Manager. The impact you'll have: Project Coordination & Execution Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, expenditures. Organize, attend and actively participate in project meetings (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc) Document and follow up on important actions, decisions, and risks. Provide administrative and operational support to Agile Project Managers as needed Ensure documentation is maintained and aligned with established delivery frameworks. Process & Continuous Improvement Help teams adhere to agile practices and evolving delivery frameworks. Observe and contribute to team ceremonies and continuous improvement discussions Identify opportunities to improve communication, documentation, or team coordination. Begin facilitating smaller agile ceremonies under mentorship. Stakeholder Communication Act as a liaison between project teams and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency of timelines, risks, and dependencies. Ensure deadlines are met and proactively communicate potential risks to delivery. Support budget tracking and vendor coordination where applicable.
