About The Position
The Global Headquarters for Volvo Financial Services is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to provide guidance and support in our agile transformation within the Volvo Financial Services Global Digital & IT team. As Agile Coach, you will help transition our existing work practices to a full embrace of agile methodology. Your starting point will be to, together with your colleagues at VFS and in the broad cross-functional network at the Volvo Group, take responsibilities in the following areas: Provide agile guidance, coaching and education to leaders, teams and individuals across the organization, both IT and business. Drive a continuous improvement culture, encouraging coaching and feedback. Serve as a thought guide for standards, methods, tools and measures of success. Support a mindset shift as well as provide hands-on support across multiple layers of resources and teams to drive maturity in an agile environment. Support scaled agile set ups by fostering collaboration and use of best practices. Enable establishment of effective Agile teams focused on delivering Business Value. Develop and evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements. Capture feedback and continuously improve Agile guidance, training materials and look for efficient ways of working to share with the global community of Agile coaches within Volvo Group.
