The Position Agile Coach - maternity cover The Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) organization provides services and solutions to the Roche organization out of our Headquarters in Basel / Kaiseraugst and the four strategic locations: Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Budapest (Hungary), San José (Costa Rica) and Riga (Latvia). This is a recently established and rapidly growing global organization with a follow-the-sun ambition to support Roche affiliates and Global functions worldwide. ​ The opportunity: As one of our Agile Coaches, you provide leadership for transformation activities and strategic delivery initiatives necessary for our progressive organizational evolution. You will work with multiple teams to evolve ways of working, ensuring the successful execution of complex projects and the realization of business value. You are responsible for guiding our partners through the agile culture shift while applying structured change management to ensure long-term adoption. You will facilitate shifts in mindset and behaviors, while also providing the governance and roadmap oversight needed to navigate roadblocks in the adoption process. For this position, you bring the following qualifications: Growth mindset with a OneRoche, entrepreneurial/start-up mentality; eager to develop (all levels encouraged to apply). Deep understanding of agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) coupled with strong project management capability. You can drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, manage dependencies, and set clear priorities in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in Change Management: Proven ability to lead people through organizational transitions using structured approaches. You understand how to assess change readiness, manage stakeholder expectations, and sustain new behaviors. Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills; you guide teams to solutions and are an adept designer of workshops that bridge the gap between technical teams and business leadership. Outcome-focused delivery: A track record of improving team performance by resolving bottlenecks; you are comfortable challenging the status quo and providing the structure necessary to move projects from ideation to completion. Skilled at influencing and engaging toward common goals in complex, multicultural, highly matrixed environments; you are as comfortable discussing project milestones with executives as you are coaching a squad on their backlog. Proactive facilitator with a consistent focus on business outcomes, continuous improvement, and enabling high-performance ways of working.
