About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our IT PMO Team - Agile Practice. This role focuses on supporting teams and stakeholders as they evolve their ways of working within a mature, process-oriented organization. We're looking for someone to support sustainable agile adoption through incremental improvement rather than wholesale organizational change. You'll work with teams at various stages of their agile journey, helping them improve delivery capabilities while respecting existing governance structures and business needs. The ideal candidate brings deep agile experience but is equally comfortable with traditional project management approaches. You'll help teams find the right balance between agile principles and organizational realities, always focusing on outcomes over methodology.

Responsibilities
- Team-Level Coaching Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA and development teams in effective agile practices
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement) when needed
- Help teams improve their ability to deliver completed work within sprints
- Support teams in developing working agreements and effective collaboration patterns
- Guide teams in adapting agile practices to fit their specific context and constraints
- Work within existing PMO and governance structures to integrate agile approaches
- Support Project Managers in hybrid environments where traditional and agile approaches coexist
- Facilitate workshops for team launches, retrospectives, and continuous improvement sessions
- Contribute to the development of standards and best practices for agile adoption
- Build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels
- Translate agile concepts into business value language for leadership
- Identify and help address systemic impediments to team effectiveness
- Develop sustainable team capabilities
- Share knowledge through training, workshops, and mentoring
- Help teams learn to solve their own problems through effective facilitation
- Contribute to building a community of practice around effective delive
