About The Position
The Agile Coach will be responsible for leading Lean and Agile transformations within the organization. This role requires identifying areas of opportunity for improvement, developing strategies, and creating documentation to support IT transformation towards a more lean and agile mindset. The coach will evaluate current practices, maturity levels, and make recommendations for enhancing Lean and Agile maturity across IT. The position involves creating actionable plans for process improvements, tailored coaching plans for teams and leaders, and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. The Agile Coach will also document best practices, educate teams on Lean and Agile principles, and mentor team members in specific roles. Additionally, the role includes establishing feedback loops, measuring success through KPIs, and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
