About The Position
Slalom Denver is seeking an experienced Agile and Product Consultant to join our growing Delivery Leadership capability team. In this role, you will leverage your proven skills and experience to assist client teams in designing, building, and delivering exceptional products. Your typical engagements will involve collaborating with client product teams to implement best practices across the product delivery lifecycle, which includes strategy, design, feature definition, backlog management, development, testing, release planning, and change management. As a key member of our Business Advisory Services teams, you will help organizations redefine their potential and navigate through ambiguity and risk to achieve transformative outcomes. You will work closely with business leads, operations, and customers to identify and define requirements, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with customer needs and product roadmap goals. Your responsibilities will also include actively leading Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will collaborate with product management, UI/UX design teams, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to shape the product vision, conduct research, and identify growth opportunities. Additionally, you will create and prioritize the backlog to maximize business value and support user acceptance testing (UAT), release planning, change impact assessments, and communication efforts such as release notes and training as needed.
