What You'll Be Doing Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals. This position requires daily, visible presence in the assigned market area, expanding from New Braunfels to San Antonio, Texas. What Are We Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. Competency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the aggregates industry or a related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, construction management, or a related discipline preferred. Work Environment Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
