Requirements

Exceptional mechanical aptitude
Ability to manage repairs, maintenance, and operations of aggregates processing facilities.
Experience working with MSHA.
Understanding of aggregate characteristics.
Team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor employee training and certification.
Evaluate the current quality of all aggregates.
Work with Aggregate Superintendents to ensure all air, water, and other environmental requirements are met and ensure a safe work environment.
Oversee aggregate location properties to ensure equipment is secure.
Ensure all reclamation work is preformed according to established plans.
Work with Aggregate Superintendents to oversee that completion of repairs and maintenance of equipment is completed to company standards.
