About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. The position involves leading daily operations of the sand aggregates plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. The role requires driving continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and environmental compliance, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and open communication, managing budgets, inventory, and resource allocation to meet business goals, and developing and mentoring team members to achieve operational excellence.
