About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. In this role, you will lead daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives across plant processes and systems, manage and develop plant personnel through coaching and performance feedback, oversee maintenance planning and execution to maximize equipment reliability, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
