About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Lead daily operations of the sand aggregates plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and environmental compliance. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and open communication. Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation to meet business goals. Develop and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence.
