Requirements

• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Ability to conduct accurate sampling and testing
• Proficient in basic and advanced mathematical calculations
• Capable of interpreting quality specifications
• Valid driver's license for regular travel across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working around heavy equipment

Nice To Haves

• Level 1, 2, or 3 Aggregate Technician Certification
• Prior experience in construction materials testing or quality control

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate sampling and testing of aggregates using lab and field equipment
• Perform basic and advanced mathematical calculations
• Interpret state and company quality specifications (ODOT, KYTC, INDOT)
• Learn to use specialized tools, such as X-RAY machines for industrial lime products
• Identify quality issues and provide solutions in collaboration with QC Manager
• Troubleshoot inconsistencies and make data-driven decisions
• Generate, manage, and submit digital quality control reports
• Communicate clearly and consistently with remote plant teams and lab staff
• Work independently and within a team structure
