The Role: As an Agentic Context Engineer (ACE) at WisdomAI, you will be part of a Field Engineering pod, working across pre-sales and post-sales with strategic customers. You will work directly with strategic prospects and named enterprise customers to operationalize WisdomAI within complex data environments-transforming fragmented enterprise data into production-grade agentic intelligence systems that power automated, insight-to-action workflows. This is a hands-on role for builders who love shipping real systems and owning outcomes end to end.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience in a highly analytical role (e.g., Data analytics, Data Science, ML Engineering, Quantitative Analysis).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience working across both customer-facing pre-sales and post-sales engagements
- Proven track record deploying complex platforms into production enterprise environments
- Strong architectural judgment with demonstrated ability to influence and review complex system designs
- Deep understanding of enterprise data modeling, context/semantic layers, and system scalability
- Clear communicator who can engage engineers, architects, and executive stakeholders
- High ownership mindset with a focus on real outcomes
- Hands-on experience with modern analytics and cloud data platforms, including semantic and metadata layers.
- Advanced SQL and strong Python proficiency for data transformation, orchestration, and automation
- Experience designing and operating data pipelines across multiple enterprise systems and data sources
- Familiarity with data governance, security, access controls, and performance optimization in enterprise environments
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales during pre-sales to lead technical discovery and define solution architectures for complex use cases
- Own post-sale technical execution for strategic customers through deployment and scale
- Design and ship enterprise context layers that turn fragmented enterprise data into production-ready agent-driven workflows
- Review and guide solution architectures to ensure consistency, scalability, and long-term success
- Lead complex technical problem-solving across data integration, performance, governance, and security domains
- Build reusable context models, solution patterns, and deployment frameworks
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align platform capabilities with customer needs
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects, data leaders, and executive stakeholders
